Amelia K. Green practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, Estates, Guardianship, Probate litigation, Trust litigation and Guardianship litigation.

Amelia received her Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude, in Environmental Sustainability from University of Florida in 2017. After completing her undergraduate degree, she attended University of Maryland School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor (J.D.), Cum Laude, in 2021. Amelia was then admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland in December 2021. During Amelia’s time in law school, she clerked at a Labor and Employment Firm, a Pharmaceutical Company and for the Maryland Attorney General’s office. She was also a student attorney in the University of Maryland Small Business and Community Equity Development Clinic.

In 2021, Amelia began working as an associate attorney at Hassani, Focas & Fifer, P.A., in Towson, Maryland, where she practiced in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate with a focus in Estate Administration. Amelia was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in September 2022. In May 2023 Amelia moved back to her hometown of Fort Myers, Florida and joined the law office of Patrone, Kemp, Bentley & Mace, P.A., where she is continuing her work in Estate & Trust Administration and has begun practicing in the areas of Guardianship and Probate, Trust and Guardianship litigation.
