Julian D. Gonzalez
Julian D. Gonzalez practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, Estates and Guardianship.
Julian routinely advises wealthy families on wealth transfer planning, tax planning and asset protection. In addition, Julian counsels clients with respect to the day-to-day administration of trusts and estates. Julian also assists in the preparation of gift, estate and fiduciary tax returns and counsels individuals and institutions serving as fiduciaries of estates, trusts and guardianships in connection with administrative matters.
Julian joined Patrone, Kemp & Bentley, P.A. in April of 2021. Previously, he worked at a mid-size law firm in Fort Lauderdale, where he focused in the areas of estate planning, business succession and probate.
During Julian’s time in law school, he was a legal intern at the Internal Revenue Service’s office in Miami, Florida. Julian obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Taxation degree from University of Miami School of Law.
